Unlikely the original lasted from 2006 but if you look at it what brand does it have in it ? I had good luck with the Maxx Battery in the past. 2 of them in 21 years, 2 different vehicles stretching from made in 92 and 03.

I have used East Penn (Deka), as well as Johnson Control batteries. I don't think I have had a battery last less than 5-6 years.

I have a Hawker Odyssey PC1700MJT which I purchased early 2004 (over 10 years ago!), in my Jeep CJ-7. It has been completely discharged about a dozen times, still works great. If it died I may try the Diehard... not same specs as Odyssey branded one, but substantially cheaper.

That would be my choice for a daily driver... easy to get, easy to warranty (a friend of mine did that, the store just checked the serial number on it and gave him a new one). Buy the highest CCA available (Gold, or whatever has a 3 year 100% exchange, its usually only $15 or so more).

I use AGM's in everything. They cost twice as much as a premium wet cell battery but they also last twice as long. They also don't off-gas like a wet battery so they don't corrode their terminals and eat up everything in their immediate vicinity. I like them.

What year is your truck ? If it's less than 5 years old and says Motorcraft on it, it's probably the original battery. Are you the original owner? Who does your maintenance? The most bulletproof battery out there for the Fords is the Sears Die Hard Platinum AGM. They're usually about $210 at any Sears auto store. The AGM's won't give off corrosive gases or vent off onto your fender area and eat it apart.
