i gonna drain and flush my radiator and engine in AM and replace antifreeze /coolant. what is the best product for the price?

Ask yourself: What antifreeze got the truck to this point without issue?

Then buy the same product.

I've stuck with Motorcraft Gold Coolant. If you have an 5.4L-get 3 gals-it will take all of it but 1qt. Just changed my this past fall, working great.

Be sure to use distilled water, not the garden hose.

No, since the block was full of distilled water, I just added the antifreeze, started it up and let it mix. I had to top it off a little bit both times. It worked out fine and is easier than taking the drain plugs out of the block to drain it.

Don't know about it being the same, but it is very hard to find in my market area-so I stuck with Motorcraft which is readily available.
