Check out Cooper Discoverer A/T3 tires. Great reviews and I've never read anything negative about them. There's also a Cooper rebate happening now for them.

Right on, no I didn't install it myself, I bought it from best buy and they installed it for free, I think it totaled around $350. Avital is the brand. Our trucks need some sort of bypass module or something which costs a few bucks extra...

Since you mentioned driving on rocks, I recommend you get the BFG AT. It is one of the only AT tires out there with a 3-ply sidewall which will hold up much better in rocks than the 2-ply walls of other mentioned tires. Not to mention the BFGs last foreeeeeever.

Take a look at the General Grabber AT2. I have put about 10k on mine and still look brand new. They seem to do pretty good in the little bit of mud and snow I've had them in.

I'd look into the procomp a/t dad had them for 75k on his truck then I talked him into a m/t. I personally HATE the Bfg a/t if your staying on the road your fine but ever get in wet grass or a muddy dirt road you can hang it up. their tread is too close and it clogs very easy. I don't like tachin 4500 (so the tires stay clean) to go Down a dirt road after its rained.
