Default Bedlining rocker panels, bumpers, and fender flares

I'm going to bed line my rocker panels, bumpers, and fender flares on my 05 f150. I'm going to post how I did it on here but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on prep or application. I'm going to be using rustoleum spray bedliner

Should follow the same line all the way around the pick up.

That's what I'm planning on doing, my bed is kinda crooked so the line might not be straight where bed and cab meet

Did that to mine. Just used some wax and tar cleaner all around and a scratch pad to rough it up a bit. I had the chrome bumpers so that was a bit more involved to clean them up. Take the bumpers off to get behind get a clean look cus they over lap the truck. Getting between the bed and cab is a pain.

I started with cleaning the surface of the rockers and bumper with cleaner/degreaser. once i got this clean i started sanding with 80 grit sandpaper until it was roughed up a good bit, i cleaned it up with acetone to get it ready for the primer. once it was nice and clean we started taping off the line, this is the time consuming part. getting a straight line takes some time but pays off. then i sprayed the rockers with self etching primer. let this dry for about 5 min. after if dries i started spraying the bedliner. i put a good 2 or 3 coats on allowing a few minutes to dry in between, then took off the tape and it came out great! Sharp paint lines and very minimal over spray. back bumper was done same way, it would have been better to take the bumper off but i can be done without doing this.
The materials i used were:
Acetone
2 1/2 cans of rustoleum bed liner spray
2 inch blue tape
plastic drop cloths
self etching primer
degreaser/cleaner
plenty of rags
80 grit sandpaper

I had bedlined the bottom of my truck and it worked but now I wasn't able to do it again to keep the rust away so I have to go up another inch but you fenders are bubbling and I want to get small flares so I can grind her down and bed long the fenders and have it get covered by flares so it don't look crappy
