I replaced the battery in my 2008 F150 yesterday. I noticed after replacing it that the satellite radio is working now and there is an external temperature reading in the climate control panel.

I read the battery reset thread and will do that tomorrow. The truck is running fine, but the "new" features it has are interesting. Has anyone else seen this? How long will I get free XM =)
