Gas coming out is not dirty and doesn't have a bunch of water in it.
You said a bunch of water. Just a little bit of water will cause a massive change. Your gas shouldn't be grey at all. It really seems like Yuri out have bad gas

Could there be obstructions in the fuel rails at the injectors? The only way to tell would be to remove them. It's not a difficult job.

Do you have a code reader that is able to report running fuel pressure?

No that is another reason i took it to the garage today. I don't have the proper diagnostic tools to continue on. I have fiddled around enough with it.
The only water I found in the fuel was from the filter and that was the only spot where the fuel was darker in color. There is no water in the bottom of the tank and the fuel looks clean.(normal fuel color)

Going to see on Monday, got word from a friend that works there that there are a bunch of codes in it, my scanner did not come up with any since the check engine light did not come on.

Update: Went to the garage and walked in to hear "You've got problems" The truck has timing codes that my cheap scan tool did not pick up on. I wish it would have so I wouldn't have wasted my time chasing a fuel issue. He installed new VCT solenoids due to the other ones being "blown out" and the problem is still there so he is leaning towards the cam phasers themselves. He is calling around to get some prices for me. Anyone have any idea of what a good price is to get the phasers replaced? The mechanic doing it is a good guy and won't rip me off, just want an opinon on a good price.
