A lot of talk with no answers..

To the OP, if you come back..

I'd have to fully agree it's your EGR valve. I'm 99.99% confident.

Thanks Search!

I'm gonna pull it off and rattle it around to see if the valve is free, and if it is, I'll clean it out, clean out the throttle body and see what happens. If no improvement, I may replace it, or i might wait until I get a MIL before I start pouring money into parts.

We shall see.
