Thanks brokenarrow. It had come off on the passenger side. Now the question becomes how to keep it on. I put it back on there and thought it was okay. On the short drive from my dad's shop to my place it came off again.

Figured out a way. Here is a video to walk anyone having the same issue through it.

So far, yes. It's only been a couple days, but I have highway for most of my daily commute and it hasn't tried to shake me off the road. Fingers crossed! Thanks again for all of your help.
