CSprain

I am working on an 05 f150 with the 5.4. 110,000 miles. Just finished phasers, tensioners, guides, chains, and spark plugs. There was a vibration before the work was done and I was hoping it would go away after the repairs but there is still quite a bit of shake. Any thoughts on it possibly being bad motor mounts? Are they a very difficult repair? Thanks for any thoughts.
