Just picked up the truck in my signature yesterday and its having a bad vibration when in 4x4 at speeds under 30mph. The 4x4 engages well and the front wheels spin. It does have the fabtech lift, so im not sure if my pinion angles are off or what. I did notice a burning rubber smell after using 4x4. Tcase has oil, u joints on the front drive shaft seam ok, not sure about the hubs/cv axles. I need some help this is my 1st ifs 4x4.

No vibration when in 2wheel drive.

i would check the pinion angles

Are you driving on the dry pavements on 4 wheel drive? If you do , It will do that.
