Default Average time for Custom Tunes to be emailed

I ordered an 87 custom tune a couple of weeks ago from Power Hungry and the page said allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, I am just wondering about how long others have waited for their tune to be emailed.

Did you call PHP and ask them?

I shot them an email yesterday to ask for a status, when I originally ordered, the site said 2-4 weeks, so I figured that was the norm but listening to everyone else, 2-4 days is probably the norm for all the other providers. If I do not hear from them by Tuesday, then I will give them a call. Thanks all for the input.

What tuner is it for? If it's for the Edge, you are at their mercy and I think they know it. Thats why my next tuner will be SCT, many more tune writers out there and a lot more product support.

+1 for 5 star tuning. Just ordered my SCT from Mike and Chris. Can't wait to get it installed, but so far their customer service has been second to none.

So PHP is the only option. They have you by the *****. Have you seen my settings for Level 2 on 91 Octane? Try these:

WOT shifts: 1-2 @ 5000 rpm, 2-3 @ 5000 rpm and 3-4 @ 4700 rpm
WOF: +1.75
Timing: +1 degree (ONLY IF YOU WILL BE RUNNING 91 OCTANE) otherwise leave it alone.
Max Rev: 5500 rpm
Shift firmness set to +4 on all 3 settings
Top speed 125 mph
The rest of the settings set to your correct tire size & gears.
