Has anybody tried to replace there manual AC/heater controller with an autotemp unit like the ones in the King Ranch yet? I got one off ebay and the main plug is the same but the blower plug is differant. Also doesnt seem to switch from defrost to floor heat quite right. Wondering if they have a differant computer for dash controls. I'm stumped.

I was wondering about doing the same thing, there is a sensor (to tell the temp in the cabin for the auto to work) that you'll need to get, also the wiring harness. ford couldn't show me just that one part, it was the whole thing for @ 900.00....... not paying that for auto heat and a/c. Plus I hear alot of people have issues with the auto set up. Man works like I want...when I want...
