Auto headlights relay
Is there anyway to check if a relay is bad? My auto headlamps do not work and I have checked all the fuses which leads me to think its the relay.

Ok so I checked a bunch of fuses this morning when i got home from work (3rd shift) to see if any of them were blown and maybe that was the cause. Did find any problems. However I went to leave for work tonight and truck wouldn't start. It turns over find and I have power to everything. Didn't have time to check the fuses to make sure I didn't get one back in right or something. Anyone have any ideas?

Check your fuses again is my only thought. Especially if this is the only thing you did between when it started and now that it doesn't.
You could have power to everything except the fuel pump?

^^^^+1 Also to test the relay just swap it out with another relay in the fuse box there all the same if that fixes it the by a new relay or hit the pick and pull they used the same relay for years

Ok so I'm an idiot... Somehow when trying to snap the cover back on to the fuse box I pushed the fuel pump reset. Just had to press it again and everything was fine. Still not sure what the deal is with the auto headlights not working. I just hate to take it to a dealer to have them find out. Can anyone tell me which relay it would be? I might try swapping to see if thats the problem.
