Default Audiophile Subs not working

I had the 6-disk head unit replaced on warranty on Tuesday (disk loading error), and I just noticed last night that the subwoofers are not working. I dont have the manual, is there a setting to turn the subs on/off in the menu I cant find? The bass level setting doesnt change anything but the door speakers. Hopefully I dont have to take it back to the dealer.

I would assume they either didn't plug in the sub or didn't put the correct radio back in the truck. The sub has its own separate plug that plugs into the back of the head unit. If yours isn't working now after a radio swap the first place to look is that plug.

The radio they installed looks the same as the old one on the front...does the premium 6-disc look like the audiophile unit on the front? Just has different plugs at the back?

Because I would have little faith in a dealer that took out a radio and installed one with different plugs without noticing.

The Radios look the same. The only difference is non sub radios have 2 plugs and sub radios have 3 plugs.

Interesting, so they could have put the wrong radio in and just left the plug hanging...

I made an appt. to have them check it out on Monday.

This post might clear it up a little bit.

Pulling your radio out takes like 5 minutes. Unsnap the trim and 4 screws. Quicker to do yourself than drive to the dealer.
