i messed with the lpf/hpf settings, my options were, lpf, full, or hpf, i had it on lpf originally so i think thats why the bass was droning everything else out, i put it on hpf and the sub went silent, so i have it on full and it's a happy medium, im still just curious why it picks up the bass guitar on the track and not the bass drums

HA! got it figured out, the hpf/lpf settings on the amp weren't the only problem, i hadnt realized that over the course of time i had accidentally changed my lpf/hpf on the head unit itself, now i've got it sounding like when i first installed it, picks up the bass guitar great but really pumps it out with the drums! thanks for the help guys
