Default Attaching CB Radio

Hey guys how can I attach my cb to where it is in the picture without drilling holes in the dash. I tried Velcro on there but it didn't hardly stick on at all. I really need help because I can't think of anything else. Thanks

I would put it on top of the dash in the center tray and pull the little mat out and drill a hole for the wires and whenever your not using it you can remove the cb and put the little mat back to cover the holes, that what I was thinking of doing

Will having little holes in the dash ever hurt the value of the truck one day? That's my only reasoning. I could just leave the radio in there when I sell the truck.
