I have an 04 f150 which has no documented proof spark plugs were ever changed. (5.4) The truck runs fine, I just dont want to screw it up by attempting to change them. The truck has 203k on it , anyway the truck would be running fine with stock plugs installed? Any easy way to tell they are stock beyond removing one?

Let me know how your replacement goes. I am pretty good about "fixing" things then in the process breaking them.

I got a 140k on my original plugs but it's 4.6. I have had new spark plugs, boots, and springs since 100k but the gas mileage hasn't dropped any so I keep putting off changing them.

Please post pics of the plugs if you pull them out. It'll be interesting to see.
