Thanks much for all the info and opinions. I'm trying hard not to get angry over this.

Will be making more phone calls tomorrow to check costs and verify what the dealer said.

Dealer in Colorado charged me $250.00, no extra charge for broken plugs.

Holy ***** I wish that was closer. My dealer quoted me 350 for the plugs and initial labor, and $40 for each broken plug.

haha yea it sucks.. there is like a 20 page tech bulliten on removing spark plugs on those things.. i hate it as well..

wait, whats wrong with the plugs on these again?

actually when i say again i mean for the first time cause i never read about what was the actual problem.

just bought a 06 super crew w/ 75K on it. ALL 8 BROKE OFF!!! $650 total...

I bought the removal tool from NAPA after 6 of mine broke, the tool worked great and allowed me to remove the broken half from the head. I'll sell you the tool for 50 bucks. Thats half price

My dealer charged $400 for plug change and no extra cost for broken plugs. it was worth it.

if i get a chance tomorrow while im at work, maybe at lunch or something, ill attempt to print off another copy of the tech bulliten and post it up here for those of you who would like to attempt it on their own the "proper" way haha.
