That is why I suggested a front end shop, a place that deals with this stuff all day everyday and that's all they do.

If the guy is competent and knows what he is doing I would start to lean to a failing IWE. Get yourself a vacuum tester/pump and check them both out thoroughly.

Do they have an excessive amount of weight on them?

I have this same issue. I have put inner and outer tie rods, wheel bear, new IWE pump, and check ball joints. I cant figure it out. Please keep me posted on what you find out. I tried new tires and even brakes and rotors just to make sure it was not anything with them. I would really like to get my fixed before it tears anything else up. Like I said please let me know what you come up with. Good luck.

Not a excessive amount of weights. Plus it was fine up until about a month ago. I'm gonna swap wheels/tires with a buddy of mine who has a 2010 and see what happens

I hope it was not a mechanic that told you that. If it was something is wrong. Our trucks do not have an IWE pump.

FWIW, my recommendation to the OP was failing IWE or both IWEs. I am referring to the IWEs themselves. Any system problems would not produce a shake although having a system failure could eventually result in a failing or failed IWE itself. This would then be a symptom of the problem and not the actual issue itself.

When one looks into the IWE system, all components should be checked.

Dirttracker, I'll test iwe system for sure. Going out of town for about week so won't get to parking brake and iwe for at least a week. If I had a issue with iwe wouldn't I hear a air leak or have a grinding issue though?

Vacuum is low so no you would not hear an air leak unless you were right next to the problem. In addition you dont need an air leak for an IWE to fail.

It does not necessarily grind either, that is just one possible symptom.
