Anyone else have a window drop on them?

Back in the summer time, I went to put my passenger side window down one day and when I hit the down button the window dropped like a brick into the door. It made a gargling sound when I went to put it back up. Came home, took the door apart and found out the window regulator was tangled up like a ball of string in its own wire. Ended up having to order a new one and had to keep the window propped up with a piece of wood for several days until it arrived. By the end of my journey through my door I learned quite a bit about power windows and how they work. The point of all this was when I went to read online I saw that this was a common problem. So I would just like to get a show of hands, how many people have actually had a window drop in their truck?
