Default Couple quick questions about my 3 day old 08

Picked up my new to me 2008 F-150 XLT long bed 3 days ago.

Having spent 6 years with my 02 F-150 long bed and about the same with my 97 f-150 I thought that even though the body had changed much was still the same...

My 08 has 76K miles so its not new but already in three days my radio is out and I can't even locate the inside the cab fuse box???? The clock lights up when I press the volume button but nothing else did I somehow turn it off??

Also what's with the seat belt alarms, sorry Ford not putting the seat belt on my 80 pound dog who rides shot gun most days... We are heading on a road trip next week am I gonna have listen to that alarm for 2000 miles???

Other then that I actually really love my new truck just hope it doesn't have electrical issues like my 02 went without an interior light for 6 years in that, cause everytime i'd replace a sensor it would blow in 5 minutes..

anyway all help is appreciated, I guess i could find the fuse box if I looked in the manual I just assumed it was where the old one was in my 02..

Default The Manual who'd da thunk...

LOL...yeah thanks that's cool I can disarm the seat belt alram, thanks that's good to know, off to read the manual maybe then I can locate my fuse box...

Moving up from the 4.2 to the 4.6 I like how it sounds and just feels beefer then my 02...I'm loving it otherwise..

Hopefully the radio is something like a fuse, I noticed how it turns off when you open the door maybe something caused it to blow a fuse...

Thanks
