Yeah my 09 5.4 just started showing signs this year of small rust around the rear fenders on both sides. I just sanded all the little spots I could find. Sprayed some rust-oleum car primer to cover them up. (2-3 coats) and then sprayed Rust-Oleum undercoating on top of that. And then purchased the Rivet Fender Flares to cover it all up. Before I put on the flares I also washed the entire rear wheel well on both sides and undercoated that as well. 2 cans worth. About a can on each wheel well.
