I saw someone that did that to a white truck. He masked it so that the undercoat left about a 1.5' band that ran along the bottom length of the tailgate. It didn't look bad at all.

I sanded my rockers and refinished those and the bottoms of my doors before. The little spot on the very end of the bed is rusted and it's a hard spot to get to without taking the bumper off. I don't have the tools or the skill to fix something like that. Would an auto shop be able to fix it?

The bumper is held on by just s few bolts, and is easy to take off. Just make sure you unplug electrical connectors for license plate lights and reverse sensors (if equipped). Tailgate is easy to remove as well.

My bed on the fender is starting to bubble any help with that?

I think there steel bed are welded not bolted. The flaresides are fiberglass

yeah I figured but any way I can stop it from coming through?

LOL, I hate to hear when someone has their gender cut out and a new one welded in place. If you meant "fender" that's different though.
