Default Any recommendations for Coils and plugs

Hi all, been awhile since I posted. Gonna do plugs and coils in my 08 STX 4.6, 77,000 ml. Should I go with standard or after market? Whats a Good brand? Thanks;

plugs yes, but i would not spend money on the coil packs. theses things last a long time. i have an 06 with 100,000 miles and the coils are still good.

I went with the Autolite HT15 through Amazon and paid a little less than 5 bucks plug. Then bought the Accel COP's for a little over 200. Total savings is over 300 bucks depending on where you would try to get the OEM replacements from. Truck is running better than ever.
