Today I'm planning to install my 5100 adjustable ride hieght shocks on my 2004 f150. My truck had a leveling kit installed by the previous owner and I don't know how big it was but my truck was nose high by about half an inch and I hate that!!
I can't decide if I want to set my new shocks on the 1 or 2 inch setting. I want my truck close to level but with a slight rake as I pull trailer some. Any help?

Yes it's 4x4 and I installed my bilsteins at 1inch and I'm very happy!! The ride is awesome. I just need to do the back shocks yet.

I plan to put bilstein 5100 on the rear as well. My truck is at 150k miles and the front shocks were definitely bad. I could compress them with one Hand easily.

You better believe it does!!! Think I was basically ride on my coil springs on the front before... still have a little hop in the back end but new shocks on the back will fix tht
