Bought mine off ebay a in Jan 2007, unfortunately a quick search didn't show my exact one still for sale on ebay, but there are plenty of others. Just go to ebay and search for billet antenna F150. Mine is a 15" black chrome model to give you an idea of the size you may want to look for. No reception issues at all.

Use the search. There are dozens (and dozens) of threads on this subject. Read. Read some more, then chose based on the opinions of the posts you read. Some even point you to a sound clip, although that seems kind of dumb to me; can't hear "truly" what an exhaust sounds like over a computor speaker.

Listen to exhausts you see at shows or parking lots; talk to the owners. It can be as easy as that.

Make sure that you post pics of the leveling kit after you get it installed. I am thinking about getting a 3" leveling kit so pics would really help. good luck with the truck
