Any Ideas?
Recently purchased a new-to-me 2007 XLT Supercrew and noticed this switch just to the left of the cigarette lighter. After cruising cover to cover through the manual as well as hours on google I can't find any evidence that this is a factory switch. Wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be, or if they recognize it as stock. Doesn't control the cigarette lighter/power point and no lights come on/go off when switched.

I'm sure every time I flip it, the neighbor's garage door opens or something... lol I'll keep looking. It came wired for trailer lights so I'm thinking maybe it was a backup light for the trailer or something. I'll investigate that this weekend

tried it in the dark yet? headlight killswitch, or taillights even... whatever it is, its a clean install on the switch atleast.
know if they had anything like CB radios or anything else major that they took out before selling?
is the battery terminals new/modified in any way? such as small wires run off of them somewhere, maybe after market terminals with upfitter connection spots?
just some general ideas :B
[all else fails, trace wires, if nothing, then wire it up yourself... i vote oil slick release...]
