Default Any ideas?

I have a 2005 5.4l lariat. It is missing out terribly, usually happens in between 40-60 mph. Last week while I was towing my boat, going up a hill it started ridding very rough and the check engine light came on and lost a lot of power. The light later went off. Felt like I dropped a cylinder t
oor soor something. Any ideas?

Plugs and or COP... Your probably right about a misfire... Read the codes and see if it points you at a specific cylinder that you need to address.
