Default Anti-seize or Loctite?

I'm getting ready to rebuild my suspension components. End links, strut assembly, shocks, ball joints, outer tie rod, etc. My question is, am I putting Loctite or Antiseize on everything when I put it back together?? I'm seeing mixed answers and not sure which one to use. Truck is an '05 XLT 4WD with the 4.6. Thanks guys!

I went with blue loctite on most of the parts. Tie rod has a cotter pin so don't need it there.

definitely loctite. most of those things you HOPE not to ever have to replace again, therefore you want those nuts and bolts to stay where you set them.
