Getting close to completing the truck for now.... here's the latest pics . Getting rid of all the chrome on my 06 Lincoln Mark lt was a chore lol... Lowered with Belltech, Saleen hood, 14' mirrors, painted chrome rockers, painted door handles, painted bumpers, painted tail gate handle with camera, painted Lincoln grill insert black, custom hood vent, 22" dub skillz going on after winter.

Looks great.

Lowered 4x4 that's blasphemy and I like it.

So when are you gonna back that Salem hood up with a Saleen blower?

Those wheels look good too! Are they 20's?

Not going with Saleen but going with a TVS with a lower custom intake made by a friend. Nothing crazy but just something decent to pull my boat.

You bet.

Tell us more about that intake? The 5.0 TVS?

Only need to make spacers between the intake and heads as the 5.4 has more deck height compaired to the stroked 4.6 that is now the coyote.

Interesting mmm.

The TVS is a 2.3 off a 5.8 not a 5.0. There's more to it than just spacers because it's air to water intercooled. You have a intercooler that bolts underneath and paired up with a heat exchanger In which I already have a aftco one ")... if you were using brackets you'd be limited to roughly 5 pounds of boost mixed with high iat temps, etc.... I'll go into this build later on that end as everything comes together. Here's my last build on my 12 F150 and my Harley build before that ")

Thankyou ! I used a paint to match front bumper and body shop used allot of Bulldog and other prepping agents... hopefully it last but had to take the risk. Hate that Ford drilled holes in the body panels for the rockers !!!

My Harley build .

No I ment a TVS off of a 5.0. Spacers so the Intake manifold will bolt onto the heads.

Yeah the intercooler. I got a blower as well

Best off just bolting a 2.3 WHIPPLE on top although not very original.

Anyhow, sounds like a great project. Will be waiting for it to appear.

Oh yeah: Those other trucks posted are beautiful.

Gotcha ") I have a TVS as a Shelby take off and trying to stay on a tight budget since I don't want to tear into the short block to do rods, piston's, double key, etc... figure this truck will never be fast but wasn't to make it reliable with enough torque to help pull my heavy boat. What blower set up are you running ?

Yeah I like that. Use what you have, build what you can. Will be the first TVS Shelby 3v I've ever heard of.

My 04 Reg Cab project is gonna have a 3v - Lightning Frankenstein 2.3 WHIPPLE on it.

My 08 SCREW daily has a M112 Snake-bite jobby that will tow like crazy.

Anyhow. Don't mean to pry but, WTF you thinking selling that pro charged 5.0!!
