Is your "new" motor new or rebuilt or ??? If it has Dorman cam phasers in it Id be looking into them. The locking pin could have sheared.

.. The dealer has had the truck for the last 5 days and don't know what's wrong. It's a Remanufactured engine, and never ran 100% right off the bat. No the odometer never reset it's still at 253000 (approx.) I've spent these past days just waiting and calling and waiting and calling for updates but they haven't been able to give me anything . Everything seem to be in running order for them and it's not throwing any codes .
