I was told they charge more for 20” and up wheels because they need newer or more advanced equipment. I couldn’t find an alignment here for less than 69.99 with the 20s.

But mhen the alignments only $49 just buy the bolts and make sure its done right. just my 2 cents
i wouldn't let your shop touch my truck...sounds real high tech....must have start of the art equipment...LOL....that's just like a tire shop that can't change a 20 inch + rim, i won't even waste my time with 'em...get with the times people

I'm having alignment issues on my '06. I paid $44.00 and it still pulls to the right! I just put new tires on. Had them balanced and the whole 9 yards. Am I wrong in thinking that if a vehicle is aligned you can take your hands off the steering wheel and it should stay in a somewhat straight line while driving?? I'm a little pissed today. I honestly don't think they did anything with it. But seriously, is it too much to think it should keep in a straight line!?

Default Streering wheel Centering

Ok this might be a dumb ?, but when an alingment is done is it a step to make sure the streering wheel is centered? I am wanting to get an auto-spring 2 in leveling kit for my 07 Lariat 4x4, but am worried my streering wheel wont be centered after install. ( A real pain for me ). Also how is the streering wheel recenterd if off? Thanks SSG C

it will be centered, if it's not centered, they didn't do their job.

the machine is one year old so its pretty damn decent and when the wheel has no outer lip and he tire bead comes out ove the rim so far you cant get the clamps on it there its the only way to do it. its really rare to have to do that i was just saying. but i could really care less if you came to my shop or not!

Dealerships = $49???? What planet are you from cause I need to fly my truck there! Up here they are close to $90 and the chain stores are about $60.
