Default alignment issue

Im having an alignment issue with my f-150 xlt. Put 4 new tires on it and a 4 wheel alignment about 6 months ago. My truck kept pulling to the right. The service guy showed me the problem and he fixed it. On the right rear axle, where the block, leafsprings and u-bolts are, the axle moves forward inside the block just a bit when I go off road or hit a hard pothole. It shortens the wheelbase by almost a half inch. I keep loosening and readjusting it but Im tired of doing it. Has anybody had this problem or can anybody help me with a permanant fix? Thanks
