okay so, i went to the dealer for a regular maintenance, they told me that i have a factory alarm installed...they told me its better to disconnect it because i don't have the keypad for it and it might go off and might not be able to turn it off...so i made the mistake of telling them to go ahead and disconnect it, my point is that i also had that beeping sound like the construction trucks have when i put it in reverse (i hope you know what i mean) and i want it back but i don't know how to connect it back..vista ford told me that they did not install eventhough they are the one that disconnected it and i have to call galpin ford for that but id rather do it myself...anyone knows how to connect it back? :-(

I'd check for pulled fuses first. Sounds lik the backup alarm was powered by the alarm circuit. If you want to power it with your backup lights just find the wire in your trailer hitch harness and tap into it.
