Alarm light on dash lit up while driving, what would cause this?

Default Alarm light on dash lit up while driving, what would cause this?

The red light on the dashboard lit up while i was coasting down a hill, i hit the brakes and it turned off, let off the brakes, it lit back up, so i hit the brakes again and it turned off. What would be causing it to light up?

update - I didn't hit the brakes or anything this time and the check engine light went on. hope my transmission or something isn't going. currently at 35,700 miles, almost out of powertrain warranty.

got the code pulled, P0607 Control Module Performance. any advice or help please?

It's as simple as opening up Google, and entering your code for it (Google) to search for.

Here you are. You may be in luck...looks like your PCM will require re-flashing, and Ford should do it for free.

Read on in the link below. Print it and take it with you nto your Ford dealer.
