an easy way to tell is if your valve stem is solid metal its a given b/c most of the TPMS (tire pressure monitering system) have them although I am not positive if it is 100% of them have the all metal valve stem

I went the Firestone in my town today and a mom and pop place they wouldnt touch putting the sensores on the my new 20"s. Would the dealer do it? I know it would charge me an arm and a leg. Or could i just not put em in and clip a wire or put resistors in?

go to the dealer. The TPMS programming is written into the EEC. Do it properly.
