Default Air Ride/Air Bag Suspension

February of last year a lady hit me on my motorcycle which left me a left arm amputee with a crushed pelvis. I'm just now getting back to walking and standing and cannot lift my legs high enough to get in my truck. I drive a 2005 F150 FX4 on 22" Fuel wheels and 33" tires which I refuse to sell. I've been browsing around online on products that could help with my problem and I thought about getting the air ride suspension to lower the truck to help make it easier to get in and then lift it back up to original height. I'm new to the whole air ride so I don't know much about it. Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.

I guess how low do you want to go? If a few inches, this can be done with drop struts and removing rear blocks/add shackles.

If you want air, do not cheap out. I wold go to the suspension subforum here.
