air intake?

I'm looking at getting an intake system for my 04, 5.4 super crew. Any suggestions? Which one gives you the best results. Also has anyone tried a Diablo Sport programmer on these trucks yet?

Air Force 1. As for programmer I haven't tried the diablo, but I'd stick with an Xcal II/III or the Livewire and some custom tuning.
