Not putting a vacuum on the system will have an effect of it not cooling properly. It does not have enough refrigerant in the system. Put a vacuum on for 1.5 - 2 hours and refill.

When they replaced the compressor they should of replaced the dryer also along with pulling vacuum on the system..

Awesome. So I need a new accumulator/dryer and for the system to be vacuumed and filled with refrigerant.

Any idea how much a shop would charge (Roughly) for this work? I'm debating just buying the vacuum pump and a set of gauges and doing it myself if the shop work will be more than $300 or so.

Sounds like my experiences with dealerships. Just throw parts at it. Frustrating.
