Air conditioner/temp gauge...shutting on and off
While driving my f150 with air conditioning... both the temp gauge will stop working (needle drop) and the air conditioner will stop blowing cold air(and start blowing warm air) simultaneously, then both will start working again (needle will register temp and the air will be cool air).and then off again within period of minutes or less...sometimes longer to start working again. If I turn off the Air conditioner the temp gauge will continue to vascillate on and off.

Did you ever figure out your issue. I am having the same problem. All my gauges stop working and the AC stops blowing cold air. also noticed when this happens i hear a click in my brake pedal. I have checked fuses and bought a new battery. Any suggestions on how all these are connected?
