aftermarket wheels
i have 17 inch stock rims on my 2008 ford f150 screw. I really would like to keep the factory michelin tires... but i am finding out it is hard to find 17 inch rims. I do not have tpms and was wondering if anyone knew of a brand or model number of a chrome wheel that would fit. If I cant find one i guess ill just go with 20 inch rims. I like the looks of twentys but dont like the fact that if you hit a curb there goes a chip of wheel...lol

well i have tried a few from ultra and most aftermarket 17's are thicker than steel wheels due to being an alloy. I cant even stick my pinkie finger between the oem rim and the brake caliper. I had this same problem on my 07 silverado.

replacing an aftermarket rim tends to be cheaper then buying a stock wheel from the factory... and drive smart... i have 20s with 35 series tires for a daily(not during the winter)
