Crutchfiled has a lifetime tech support for any product that was purchased from them. Also they are very easy to deal with if you have any sort of warranty issue. It's kind of up to you I guess since they are substantially pricer than just about everybody else. I just purchased a Kenwood DNX892 from Amazon for just over $700 brand new...I bet it's easily 1K over at Crutchfield.

I think you are in the wrong section... You said 2009 - 2014.... This is the 2004-2008 section.

If you buy the radio through Crutchfield and the installation accessories they usually give a nice discount buying through them. Once you look at total install price Crutchfield isn't usually that much more money and offers much better services and support.

I've got this Kenwood unit with Bluetooth, Navigation, Backup camera, hands free and all the bells an whistles, bought and aftermarket Gps antenna, microphone and camera on ebay for under 30 bucks. Really like it! Still have stock speakers and sounds is not very good but will be upgrading those when i can.

Debating on taking the backup cam off and installing one I can connect to a HU like yours.

Make sure you get a decent backup camera, I think i paid 12 bucks for mine but is not very good... You get what you pay for. The gps antenna and microphone are not that important to be honest
