Brand new battery. Still only works standing next to it.

I have purchased a few from here.
Same place I've bought a few from. They've all worked perfectly.

I bought one about 6 months ago off eBay for only $10 or so including shipping. It came with a piece of paper with a website to go to for instructions. I went out side and brought up the website on my iPhone and within 2 minutes it was working fine. I did just recently have to change the battery but it's still good.

Mine works from atleast 30 feet or longer if you put it up to your chin and use your head as an antenna.

I say mine works from about 30-40 feet away just holding it in my hand and pointing it at the truck. Once I see the "antenna head trick" I might be able to get mine to work from a half mile or so.

Put your key in the ignition and turn it to "On" and back off 7-8 times. For me, on the eighth time the door locks cycled.

Lol, I meant my key fob will also work from 30 or so feet by itself but it works from longer distance with the antenna head trick.
