So why arn't you calling the manufacturer? There has to be a warantee or tech line with them, yes??? My HID kit was bought from Ebay, and they have a tech line to call for assistance.

Ok guy, so I finally found a bad fuse, which is #40 on the box. I put a bigger fuse, which I used 30amp instead of 20amp and my headlights re working!!!

First, my mechanic looked at the fuses and said fuse#26 went out so we replaced that with a working one and it was working. Then I tried to connect that side that wasn't working and something got short circuit again. This time it was fuse#40. I put a bigger fuse and everything is working now.

Thanks again guys!

Fuses blow because something in the circuit draws too much amperage. Why is your kit drawing more that 20 amps??? An HID is supposed to use LESS amperage than a conventional bulb, plus provide an additional brighter "blue" light.

Do you have another circuit tied in with fuse 40? Did the instructions in the kit inform you that you'd have to go with a higher fuse?

If not, I'd still be calling the manufactuer and discussing why their kit is drawing more than 20 amps.
