well im sure ive found the cheapest price 1,200.00 from rough country for a 6" lift. Any other ideas?

Yeah rough country is probably gonna be the cheapest kit out there. Now if you can spare a more $$$$ The 8in Rize kit is top of the line for our trucks. And it is freakin sweet....... Here is some pics of my truck, I had 4 wheel parts installed the kit.

do not go with the rough country lift. its not good quality at all. if your going to go with a lift and dont want any problems go with the 6" pro comp stage 1 lift kit. but as danielfjr81 said the rize is the best lift and you could get it for about the same price as the 6" fabtech lift. i think.

8" lift = Rize

6" lift = Fabtech

Stay away from Pro Comp stage 1 kits, IMO they are inferior to the basic Fabtech lift because they use a 6" spacer up front. If you want to add a leveling kit to give you a couple of extra inches you cannot do it with the Pro Comp stage 1 kit, but you certainly can with the Fabtech lift.

well fabtech has a spacer lift that has the same design as the pro comp one. whats wrong with the spacer?

I like your thinking, to me the two lifts you mentioned are the best suspensions out there for our trucks.
