Default Ae all F150s wired alike?

I keep reading about backup cameras and subwoofers, which I don't have. is the wiring harness the same in all F150s, so I can find the connectors and add these things?

It's not just that. The PCM has to be reprogrammed in order to activate some features.

Dont believe so. Think ive read some trucks have the subwoofer harness under seat and some dont. I think the back of a audiophile system has 3 connectors for just 1 on regular.

From what I hear, much of the wiring is standard and installed regardless. However, you may need added harnesses, controls, relays/switches, and even programming to activate. Kind of depends on what piece you're talking about.

The subwoofer is supposed to be easy if the factory head unit supported the subwoofer. I've heard the same about the camera. If the HU has the connectors and feature software, then it's almost plug-n-play. Don't forget that you need the reverse sensor for the backup camera. I don't recall whether that was a physical switch or an electrical signal.
