How did you paint the mirror caps? Did you have to smoothed out the texture completely? Or how did you do it i really like the look lol

Itook the caps off and sanded with increasingly smoother sand paper starting with 300 and finishing with 2000 grit. then primed and wet sanded. Krylon fusion rattle can then wet sanded and finally a few coats of clear.
