This addition of "What is It" 5.4L 3V sensor
Can anybody tell me what this sensor is? Almost done with my rebuild and just want to know what it is. The one thing I didn't get a picture of myself when pulling the engine apart gosh darnit (googled this one and got lucky). There are 2 of them and look to be one on each head.

Apparently they are ignition transformer capacitors (similar to the flux capacitor I believe) to remove noise from the phasers in the ignition system.

05 5.4l 3v s.crew lariat
They are capacitors on cops , cop are ignition coils that create high volts for spark plugs . Capacitors try to nullify the effects of the coils creating radio noise/ interference . These rarely create any problems for the ignition . They could short and blow fuse for cops . Easy to test with a ohm meter .
