Nice truck. Are you looking for performance related additionals or exterior? LED lights would look good. For performance, get a exhaust system, tuner, or CAI if you don't have those already. Did you re-gear after lifting your truck?

yeah im going to be running some flowmasters here soon, and iv been looking at a rolling big power front grile, but i was also thinking about maybe a westin bull bar with some hela lights

do it youself, get some vht nightshades and clear, you can do it for under 20 bucks
