Add A Leaf, Blocks or Shackles? Whats your suggestions?

Wanting to raise the back just a bit now thats its leveled. What do you think is the best route to go? Only gonna raise it like 1.5"-2".

Aal i put it in my truck n worked out great n it stop my bed from shaking as i drve down the road
